Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • All cancellations should be sent by email to info@kos2026.uest.gr
  • For cancellations received by May 2nd, 2026 a full refund minus an administrative charge of 60 EUR applies.
  • For cancellations or change between cost categories (virtual-physical) received after May 2nd, 2026 no refund will be possible.
  • The subscription fee is net of any bank charges, which bear solely the participant.
Important notes

The student fee applies for students with age not exceeding 28. Student identity cards are also required.
The early bird registration fees apply until 20th March 2026.
